Membership Requirements:

• You are a blonde -- natural or dyed; platinum, golden, strawberry, ash, or even dishwater.
  
• You maintain a blog, online journal, or diary.
  
• You are at least 14 years of age.
  
  
• The URL you submit must be where your ring fragment is found. It should be easily seen & in a convenient place for any surfers of the ring.
  
• The ring fragment should look like this once it has been placed on your site:

• You may alter the code (color, font, style) to make it suitable for the style of your page; but all links must work properly and the code must be EASILY SEEN.
  
• Once your site is submitted, please have your ring code on your page within 24 hours. The sooner the code is there, the sooner I can add you to the ring. If there is a problem, contact me. If you don't have the code on your site within one week I will delete your membership and you will have to reapply.
  
• You must keep the ring code on your site and it must always be easily visible. I will do random checks to verify this.
  
  
• No excessive language or nudity. I reserve the right to remove any site I deem offensive.
  
• No extreme racism, bigotry or hate.
  
• No illegal products or services on offer.
